Trong trò chơi, nhân vật có thể chơi được là thủ lĩnh thứ 3 của Street Saints, một băng đảng đường phố đã trở thành tổ chức quyền lực và nổi tiếng nhất thế giới, và phải chống lại một cuộc xâm lược của người ngoài hành tinh sau khi trở thành Tổng thống Hoa Kỳ và nhận được siêu năng lực.
